RTU Nested Container Filling Machines

Our machines to process RTU nests are tailor built to customer specifications and employ advanced technologies for high-quality performance. Features include:

  • Servo drive technology provides precise filling tolerance up to +/- 0.05%
  • Dosing via peristaltic or rotary pump
  • Pulsed UV light surface decontamination and No Touch Transfer infeed options
  • Machine can be integrated with isolators, laminar flow units, and RABS
  • Compact design allows for easy integration within existing lines
  • RTU nested container filling machines are cGMP compliant for use in cleanrooms
  • Designed in accordance with GAMP5, FDA Approval, UL/CE Standards, CFR 21 Part 11

Surface Decontamination
The outer surface of the bag over the RTU nest is decontaminated by pulsed ultraviolet light.
Infeed
RTU nests are manually removed from the outer bag or by a fully automated, No Touch Transfer process into the contained environment.
Fill & Close
Containers are filled by servo-controlled filling needles for precise filling tolerances up to +/- 0.05% and closed in an aseptic environment.
