Our Type 300 series machines wash and dry the inside and outside of bulk vials, syringes, bottles, cartridges, and ampoules. Coated grippers gently move the containers between stations, where several cleaning agents can be used. These modular machines can be used as a stand-alone washer or integrated into a fully automated line.

Our Type 400 series machines utilize two approaches for sterilization: 1. Depyrogenation laminar flow tunnel for continuous sterilization of individual vials, syringes, cartridges, and ampoules. 2. Surface decontamination of RTU nests of vials, syringes, or cartridges, and overwrapped/nested IV bags.
Our Type 400 series machines are designed for dry heat depyrogenation, sterilization, drying, and silicone coating of individual glass containers. The process is performed using recirculated hot air across three zones: (1) pre-heating; (2) depyrogenation; and (3) cooling to remove pyrogens with endotoxin destruction the primary goal. The extremely high temperature (330 C) destroys everything down to carbons and is an absolute sterilization method. The Type 400 series machines can integrate upstream washers and downstream fill-finish processing.
