IV Bag Filling Machine

Our semi- to fully automatic filling and closing machines for flexible bags sets new standards in the pharmaceutical market. The machines allow for all bag types (EVA, PVC, PP) with fill volumes ranging from 50 mL to 5 L or more.

Process Stage

Surface Decontamination
The surface of the outer bag is decontaminated by pulsed ultraviolet light before being opened into the contained environment.
Fill & Close
Flexible bags are precisely filled by servo-controlled filling needles and closed to eliminate product contamination.
Inspection
Bags are funneled into an inspection station and rotated several times against a light/dark background. An operator conducts a visual inspection, with magnification, of bag contents and bag/port integrity.
