Surface Decontamination
The surface of the outer bag is decontaminated by pulsed ultraviolet light before being opened into the contained environment.
Fill & Close
Flexible bags are precisely filled by servo-controlled filling needles and closed to eliminate product contamination.
Inspection
Bags are funneled into an inspection station and rotated several times against a light/dark background. An operator conducts a visual inspection, with magnification, of bag contents and bag/port integrity.
