Ampoule Filling Machines

All our ampoule filling and closing machines offer flexible solutions for packaging liquid pharmaceutical products into open or pre-sealed ampoules. Machines can be used stand-alone or integrated into a production line.

  • Servo drive technology provides precise filling tolerance up to +/- 0.05%
  • Dosing via a rotary piston pumps
  • Rotation of the ampoules minimizes foaming
  • Excellent closing results through a two-step sealing process
  • Equipment can be combined with laminar flow units, RABS, and isolators
  • Ampoule filling machines are cGMP compliant for use in cleanrooms
  • Designed in accordance with GAMP5, FDA Approval, UL/CE Standards, CFR 21 Part 11

Wash
Washing machines move containers through several cleaning and drying stations for complete internal and external cleaning.
Sterilize
Depyrogenation is performed using constantly recirculating hot air and then ampoules are moved to a cooling zone before transferring to downstream processing.
Fill & Close
Containers are filled by servo-controlled filling needles for precise filling tolerances up to +/- 0.05%, rotated, and closed in an aseptic environment.
Label
Labeling modules are compact and flexible to print and apply labels to ampoules.
Tray Load
Tray loaders are a precise and compact solution for loading filled containers onto trays for storage.
