Type 515 Filling & Closing of Vials, Syringes, and other Containers

  • Star wheel main transport system keeps containers separated and allows for quick change over from vials to syringes
  • Servo-controlled filling needles for precise filling tolerance up to +/- 0.5% 
  • Dosing range from 0.1 ml to 100 ml 
  • Output up to 50 containers/min

Type 535 Filling & Closing for Nested Containers

  • Filling options available
    • Rotary Piston Pump – high accuracy (+/- 0.05%) 
    • Peristaltic pump – Quick changeover and high accuracy (+/- 0.5%) 
  • Dosing Range from 0.1 ml to 50 ml 
  • Output up to 20 containers per minute

Type 535 Liquid Extraction for Nested Vials

  • Extract product from vials via Peristaltic pump

Bausch Consumables IV bags are manufactured within our ISO 7 cleanroom in Clinton, CT. Our production lines were designed and assembled locally by Bausch Advanced Technologies, Inc. and offer the flexibility to tailor bag production to your specifications.

Properties of our multi-layered films include gas/vapor barrier, UV barrier, lipid safe, PE contact layer, or a combination of these properties, as applicable. Our in-house expertise can expedite the bag design and materials, and re-tooling of our bag-making equipment to offer fast delivery of customized multilayered polypropylene (PP) bags.
