Syringe Filling Machines

Our modular syringe-filling machines are designed to process RTU nested syringes or bulk syringes. Machines range from stand-alone, low-output units to high-output, automated lines.

Each project begins with a thorough understanding of our customer’s performance and operation specifications. Whether syringes are processed in bulk or from RTU nests, we develop the right solution to meet your primary packaging objectives.

We tailor build all our syringe filling and closing machines to customer specifications and employ advanced technologies for high-quality performance. Features include:

Wash
Washing machines move containers through several cleaning and drying stations for complete internal and external cleaning.
Sterilize
For RTU Syringes, our Puv-A-Tech sterilizes external tub packaging with pulsed UV light to achieve a 6 log reduction before syringe tubs are introduced to the aseptic environment. For bulk syringes, depyrogenation is performed using constantly recirculating hot air and then moved to a cooling zone before transferring to downstream processing.
Fill & Close
Various sizes of syringes are filled by servo-controlled filling needles for precise filling tolerances up to +/- 0.05% and assembled in an aseptic environment.
Assemble & Label
High-precision plunger rod and backstop insertion and labeling for bulk syringes.
