Our cartridge filling and closing machines offer flexible solutions for packaging liquid pharmaceutical products. Machines can process cartridges.

Each project begins with a thorough understanding of our customer’s performance and operation specifications. Whether cartridges will be processed in bulk or from RTU nests, we develop the right solution to meet your primary packaging objectives.

All our cartridge filling and closing machines are tailor built to customer specifications and employ advanced technologies for high-quality performance. Features include:

  • Servo drive technology provides precise filling tolerance up to +/- 0.5%
  • Dosing via a peristaltic, rotary piston, or pumps
  • 100% In-Process Control weight checking and inline inspection of cartridges, stopper insertion, and complete crimping
  • Equipment can be combined with laminar flow units, RABS, and isolators
  • Machines are cGMP compliant for use in cleanrooms
  • Designed in accordance with GAMP5, FDA Approval, UL/CE Standards, CFR 21 Part 11

Wash
Washing machines move containers through several cleaning and drying stations for complete internal and external cleaning.
Sterilize
Depyrogenation is performed using constantly recirculating hot air over the containers and then moving to a cooling zone before being transferred to downstream processing.
Fill & Close
Containers are filled by servo-controlled filling needles for precise filling tolerances up to +/- 0.05%, capped, and closed in an aseptic environment.
Label
Labeling modules are compact and flexible to print and apply labels to various sizes and types of vials and bottles.
Tray Load
Tray loaders are a precise and compact solution for loading filled containers onto trays for storage.
