+ analyze user requirement specifications (URS) for Type 535 machinery to ensure achievable project [proj] scope. Analyze historical pricing of Type 535 machinery to assist sales set proj budg. Create internal technical specification document (ITS) from URS after pt of sale to comm key tech specs. Maintain ITS from pt of sale to deliv of machine; provide proj team w/ updates; document scope changes. Supt supply chain’s negotiations w/ historic data to secure best pricing for mech + electr components of Type 535 machinery. Oversee mech design phase w/ int design rvws to understand functional aspects of each machine + ensure key techn details are agreed upon. Schedule machine release meetings to initiate procurement/manufacture of elec + mech components. Work w/ supp chain team after machine release to ID + contrast long lead items against establ proj milestone plan to avoid bottleneck during assembly + debugging phase. Lead mech + elec assmbly team during machine build at client sites to ensure deadlines met + deviations elevated to mgmt. Administer + supt debugging phase w/ detailed schedule, machine meetings, + input from previous Type 535 builds. Coord comm w/ validation eng’r + customer to ensure all documentation for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is created + finalized. Create + provide techn summary report after successful FAT to cust srvce to prep team for Site Acceptance Test (SAT). Schedule + conduct proj review/close out meeting w/ all proj members to rvw documented non-conformities against machine dsgn + capture machine specific knowl. Collect/track/analyze financial info thru entirety of proj lifecycle to flag concerns. Rvw collected financial data against budg to ID opps for cost savings in financial rprt for upper mgmt. Create change order quotes for cust after pt of sale w/ appropriate payment terms + invoicing. Share invoices w/ cust according to proj milestones to ensure cash flow to deliver proj. May undergo background checks including motor vehicle check. Attend trade shows. Little domestic travel may be involved. Wage range: $65,000 to $105,000 annually. Must have Bachelors in Business Administration, Data Analytics or other related field; 2 yrs relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical manufacturing industry; and skill (1 yr experience) in: data analytics and aseptic processing, and proj. mgmt.
