For over 55 years, BAUSCH Advanced Technology Group has delivered innovative aseptic fill-finish packaging solutions to the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. The company started in 1967 in Germany, where Mr. Wilhelm Bausch saw an unmet need to design and build custom ampoule filling machines. To differentiate the new company in a competitive market, its value proposition focused on helping customers solve their complex packaging needs by understanding the local market, developing custom solutions, and providing unparalleled service. These principles have supported our growth and success today.
We have been at the forefront of designing and assembling state-of-the-art packaging machines since our inception in Germany in 1967. With decades of experience, we understand the challenges and opportunities in the packaging industry. By integrating the latest technological advancements, we help our clients stay competitive in a dynamic market.
In 1978, Mr. Bausch again saw an opportunity in the Brazilian market to meet the unmet needs for pharmaceutical washing, sterilizing, and filling machines. Our sales, design, and manufacturing facility were opened in Canela, Brazil, and we became a pioneer in offering high-quality, cost-efficient, and reliable aseptic processing technologies in the South American market.
Formed in 1995 from the merger of A-Pack Technologies S.A. and Alphacos S.A. in the Jura Economic & Technical Development Zone, our team brought engineering and manufacturing expertise to the forefront. They led the research and development of innovative IV bag systems, sharing this technology throughout the group.
In 2004, BAUSCH Advanced Technologies, Inc. was established in Clinton, CT, to design, fabricate, build, and support the North American market with superior machines for aseptic processing. Our Connecticut facility is the group’s headquarters and works closely with our other locations to drive innovation and performance to meet the complex needs of pharma and biotech.
BAUSCH Advanced Technology Group designs, manufactures, and services custom aseptic fill-finish packaging equipment for the pharmaceutical and related industries.
