Our single-use fluid pathway kits are custom-made for each machine for sterile filling with a peristaltic pump. The kits are assembled and packaged in a controlled ISO 7 cleanroom, come double-bagged, and are sterilized with gamma irradiation.

BAUSCH’s single-use fluid pathway kits include pre-sterilized tubing, filling needles, and quick connectors to be replaced at scheduled intervals or upon product changeover. Disposable kits minimize the risk of cross-contamination, reduce cleaning time and costs, and enable a faster changeover.
