Closing Machine for Vials and Syringes
The semi-automatic machine Type 538 is best suited for the use in small batch processing, testing and lab trials. The stoppers are sorted in a vibratory sorting bowl before they are automatically sucked into the transfer tube. The closing of containers is accomplished via a hand manipulator, which is easily operated by a foot switch. Bottles can be closed by placing the stoppers using a vacuum supported gripper, and syringes by inserting the stoppers using a vacuum.
