Customer Service Representative

Bausch Advanced Technologies Inc., a Global Leader in the pharmaceutical packaging machinery industry, currently has an opening for a Customer Service Representative at our custom machine manufacturing in our expanding Clinton CT. The customer service assistant is responsible for being the customer contact regarding service and spare part inquiries, orders, order entry, pricing, scheduling, delivery dates, and responding to customer complaints and questions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Promote good customer relationships
  • Handle problems concerning service orders and returns or exchanges
  • Internal communication with respective departments
  • Handle inquiries, orders, shipping and invoicing
  • Discussing questions and issues with technical departments and conveying answers to customers
  • Track customer property
  • Keep track of part manufacturing and purchased parts
  • Service visit preparation including travel and informing technicians
  • Service visits wrap up including cost calculations, service report review, and expense/receipts
  • Manage company cars
  • Manage travel and accommodations of sister company technicians to BAT
